NEET UG 2019: MCC announces first round counselling result

Medical counselling committee(MCC)  released the results for the first round of medical counselling of NEET UG on the official website. Interested candidates can see their result on the official website- medicalcounseling.nic.in

The NEET Medical Result 2019 was declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 5 June.

The registration, payment and choice filling for the first round of counselling started from 19 June and ended on 26 June.

Steps to check the counselling result

Step 1. Visit the official website- medicalcounseling.nic.in

Step 2. Click on the candidate login option

Step 3. Enter roll no.

Step 4. Enter password.

Step 5. The result will be displayed on the screen

The last date of choice locking of the medical institute was 27 June.

The registration process for the second round of counselling starts from 9 July.

The result for the second round of counselling will be released on 15 July 

A total of 1410755 students appeared for the examination out of which 797042 cleared the examination.

Last Year Cut-offs Trend in Tamilnadu

Last year, the cut-off for government medical colleges in OC category was 424. For BC and BCM it was 369 and 343. The cut-off for MBC was 323 and SC it was 264 and SC (A) 221. The ST category had lowest cut-off marks and students with 199 marks were able to secure an MBBS seat. 

It is to inform that the candidates who have not submitted offline modality of certificates to the Selection Committee are instructed to send the following this time, to the given mail address on or before 03.07.2019 till 07.00 P.M.any part of mail communication of the certificates after this time will not be strictly entertained and accepted.

2. HSC or equivalent Mark sheet.
3. Transfer Certificate.
4. Community certificate
5. Nativity certificate
6. Birth certificate.
7. Parents Documents (for Government Quota only)
a. Ration card
b. Study certificate
c. Community Certificate.
8. Minority (linguistic/Religious) Certificate (for Management Quota only)
